Love this good gut bacteria powder from Biomel. I add it to my morning high fibre breakfast & it helps keep me regular. I suffer from bad constipation so this product had helped lots along with my added daily fibre.

I like these products but they can be a bit expensive. That said, the co pans tends to always have discount codes available. Regardless, I have felt better when taking the powder in my cereal. My preference is the chocolate flavour as I wasn’t keen on the vanilla.

Flavours are nice, and it feels light yet filling. Just wish the bottles were a tad bigger, but overall a cracking product.

Heard loads of hype but honestly, I wasn’t impressed. Flavour felt a bit off, and I didn’t notice much difference. Bit of a let-down.
