Myprotein offered various delivery options and methods to ensure customers received their orders efficiently. Here are some common delivery options that Myprotein typically provides:

Premium Next Day Delivery is free on orders over £65. If you place your order before midnight, it will be delivered the next day, seven days a week. Postcode restrictions may apply, and the option will only be visible at checkout if it’s available for your address. During busy periods, some Premium or Express delivery services may be temporarily unavailable.

Standard Delivery is free on orders over £45 and typically arrives within 2–3 working days, with deliveries taking place seven days a week.

Next Day Click & Collect is free on orders over £60, with access to over 8,500 collection points. You can save your favorite collection points for future orders and receive a notification when your order is ready. Orders placed before midnight are available for next-day collection.

Standard Click & Collect is free on orders over £45. You can choose from more than 8,500 collection points, save your favorite points for future use, and receive a notification when your order is ready. Orders are delivered within 2–3 days and remain available for collection for a further 10 days.

You have a whole month, starting from when you got your stuff, to send it back if you need to. But first, check the terms and conditions for info on canceling orders. Here are the rules for returning stuff:

All items should be returned in great condition, in their original box or bag, with all tags still attached. Clothing must not be worn, washed, or damaged in any way, and nothing should be done to reduce the item’s value. For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and socks cannot be returned. Shoes should only be tried on indoors.

Bottles and other items cannot be returned if they have been opened or used unless the seals are intact. Myprotein apparel and accessories purchased from other stores must be returned to the original retailer. Upon receiving your return, Myprotein will inspect the items to ensure they are in good condition; if they are not, a refund will not be issued and you may need to cover the cost to have the items returned. For items that are damaged, broken, or incorrect, contact Myprotein’s customer service through ‘My Account.’ They will handle each case individually, but exchanges are not offered, so you will need to order the correct item and return the wrong one for a refund.
