Butlin’s offers a 20% discount to Emergency Services workers—including Police, Fire Service, and NHS staff—upon presentation of valid photographic ID, covering up to 4 guests. Tickets for Emergency Services are only available for purchase on the day at the gate and are subject to availability; they cannot be booked online. Serving Military and Veterans enter free and can bring up to 4 guests who receive a 25% discount with valid ID. A discounted carers ticket is also available at the gate for carers accompanying the person they care for, upon proof of eligibility. Note that day tickets do not allow access to certain entertainment areas and cash payments are not accepted.
Visit Butlin’s on the day, present your valid Emergency Services ID at the gate, and purchase your discounted tickets (up to 4 guests). Carers should bring proof of eligibility to access discounted tickets at the gate.
