Delivery, Cancellation & Other Policies

Delivery Policy

All products are delivered by registered parcel services to the address provided at the time of order. Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct address is given and for keeping packages secure once delivered. If a package is lost or undelivered, CheqUp UK should be notified within five working days, and replacement will be offered at no extra charge. Delays caused by incorrect address details are the customer’s responsibility.

Cancellation & Pausing Treatment

Once a prescription has been approved by a licensed healthcare professional, orders are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded in line with consumer regulations. Customers may pause or cancel ongoing treatment at any time through their account, after which no further charges or shipments will occur.

Returns & Faulty Products

For safety reasons, prescription medication cannot be returned once dispensed. If a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers must contact CheqUp UK immediately with photographic evidence. Confirmed faulty items will be replaced at no cost, or a refund will be issued if replacement is not possible. Assessment by manufacturers may take up to three weeks, and interim medication may need to be purchased separately.

Effectiveness of Medication

Concerns about the perceived ineffectiveness of medication do not qualify as a defect. Weight loss treatments require adherence to dosage, lifestyle changes, and dietary recommendations.
