Disturbia ships worldwide, making it easy to get your favorite pieces no matter where you are. Orders are picked and packed 7 days a week, with dispatches made Monday to Friday. Once you’ve chosen your items, simply select your preferred delivery method at checkout.

United Kingdom

• Standard – £3.50 (1–2 working days)

• Express – £5.95 (Next working day, order before 10pm)

• Premier Unlimited Express – £11.95 (Unlimited next-day delivery for 1 year, order before 10pm)

• FREE Standard – On orders over £80 (1–2 working days)

Note: Express delivery to the UK Highlands or Channel Islands may take up to 2 working days. BFPO postcodes are not eligible for shipping.

International Shipping

Disturbia also delivers to many global destinations. Charges and delivery times vary depending on your country. Please check at checkout for options available to you.

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse a delivery, you’ll be responsible for the original shipping fee and the cost of returning the package to Disturbia. These charges will be deducted from your refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Disturbia wants you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, returns are simple.

• Return Window – Items must be received at Disturbia’s warehouse within 30 days of dispatch.

• Condition – Products must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. Swimwear must have hygiene labels intact. Shoes must be tried indoors only. Earrings and piercings are non-returnable.

• Mystery Boxes – Returnable for store credit only.

• Multi-Buy Offers – Returning part of a bundle will adjust your refund to reflect the discount used.

How to Return/Exchange

Start your return or exchange via the returns portal (UK, US, and EU portals available depending on your order type). Instructions and shipping labels will be provided after logging your request. Returns must be posted within 2 weeks of generating a label.

Exchanges

Available in the UK, USA, Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, and Poland. You can exchange items for a different size, but not for a different product. Replacement shipping is free, but customers cover the cost of returning items.

Refunds

Refunds are usually processed within 48 hours of receiving your return but may take up to 5 working days during busy times. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or faulty product, contact Disturbia with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos. The team will resolve the issue quickly.

Pre-Orders

Pre-ordered items are eligible for return within 30 days of dispatch.

Responsibility

When returning items via your own courier, the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches Disturbia. Always use a tracked and insured service.

Fair Use Policy

Disturbia reserves the right to block or withhold refunds in cases of excessive or suspicious return activity.
