Elitex Training processes and ships orders within 24 to 72 hours. Free shipping is available on orders over €85 to select regions, including Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, and the Balearic Islands. Delivery times vary by region, typically between 1 to 7 days depending on your location. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout, but may be longer during peak periods.

Return Policy

You can return unused and unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting soporte[@]elitextraining[.]es. Returns during the Christmas period have an extended deadline until January 10 for purchases made between November 13 and December 25. Return shipping costs vary by region, and refunds are processed after inspection of the returned items. Pre-orders and opened items are non-returnable.
