Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking & Confirmation

Tickets are booked via the Forbidden Nights website or by phone. Booking confirmation is emailed at once after payment.

Refund / Transfer Policies

All tickets are non-refundable for monetary value. However, tickets can be transferred to another date provided you give at least 14 days’ notice before the original show date, subject to venue availability. Add-ons (stage passes, photos, etc) are also non-refundable but may be transferable.

Entry Requirements & Age Limit

Shows are for ages 18+. Valid ID is required on entry. Forbidden Nights may refuse entry if you don’t meet the requirements. Doors open around 7 pm, last entry usually by ~7.45pm for shows starting at 8 pm.

Behaviour & Venue Rules

Attendees are expected to behave respectfully. Forbidden Nights reserves the right to refuse entry or eject guests for inappropriate behaviour without refund. Costume rules / dress code may apply.
