Goldsmiths’ Click & Collect service lets you shop online with ease and pick up your purchase in-store at a time that suits you. No need to wait at home for delivery. If your chosen item isn’t stocked locally, we’ll send it to your selected Watches of Switzerland Group showroom free of charge and notify you once it’s ready for collection.

Delivery & Returns Policies

Delivery Information

Express Delivery (7 Days a Week, Including Sunday)

• Free on orders over £200.

• £4.95 charge for orders under £200.

Express delivery is available on most in-stock items. Orders placed by 9pm (Monday–Sunday) are usually delivered the next day between 8am–6pm. Delivery estimates will be shown at checkout. During peak times such as Black Friday, Christmas, or Bank Holidays, slight delays may occur.

Returns Policy

Non-Faulty Items

• You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery and return it within a further 14 days.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase and authenticity certificates (if applicable).

• Refunds cover the purchase price and standard delivery costs, but return postage and non-standard delivery charges are not refunded.

• Exclusions: earrings (if tamper-proof packaging is opened), cleaning products, customized, engraved, or altered items.

• Orders paid via PayPal or in-store devices are refunded only once processed at the Distribution Centre.

Faulty Items

• Within 30 days of delivery: full refund.

• Within 6 months: repair or replacement; if unsuccessful, refund applies.

• After 6 months: refund or repair rights still apply if you can prove the fault existed at purchase/delivery.

• Deductions may apply for fair use.

• All personal data must be removed from smartwatches before returning.

Processing

• Returns may take up to 14 days to process.

• Refunds for purchases made with third-party tender (e.g., insurance cards) may not be same-day.

• Goldsmiths, Mappin & Webb, or Watches of Switzerland showrooms can accept returns and arrange free secure shipping to the Distribution Centre.
