At Killa Vanilla, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. Our refund policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them, along with a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within a few days and credited back to your original payment method. We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, reach out via email, and we’ll assist you. Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping and Delivery

For shipping and delivery, all UK orders are sent via Royal Mail, typically arriving within 2–5 working days. Delivery is free on orders over £10; otherwise, a small fee of £2 applies. Ownership of goods passes to you once payment is complete and they are delivered to your provided address.
