Delivery Policy

Salients ships to the UK only, offering free standard delivery on all orders, with options to upgrade for faster delivery. Royal Mail and Amazon Delivery are used as delivery partners. Estimated delivery dates may be provided during checkout, but are not guaranteed.

• Standard Delivery (Free): 2-4 business days

• Expedited Delivery (£2.95): 1-2 business days

• Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number to follow their delivery. A signature may be required upon receipt. Please note that if an incorrect delivery address is provided, Salients cannot issue a refund but will try to change the address if possible.

• If an order hasn’t been received, customers are advised to:

• Check if someone else at the address has accepted the package.

• Look around the delivery location (e.g., a neighbour or safe place).

• Review any delivery attempt notifications and follow the instructions for redelivery or collection.

Refund Policy

Salients offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all products purchased within the last 60 days. If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can request a full refund by emailing hello(at)salients(dot)co.

Refund Terms:

• The 100% money-back guarantee is valid for purchases made within the last 60 days.

• For orders with multiple units, only one opened unit is eligible for a refund, while unopened units must be returned.

• Customers who have received £60 in refunds within 6 months will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

• Refunds are not issued for orders with incorrect delivery addresses, though efforts will be made to correct the address if possible.

• Salients cannot refund orders where the tracking shows successful delivery but will work towards a resolution.

• Orders can be canceled up until shipment; otherwise, returns can be initiated upon delivery.

• Refunds will not be issued to customers who attempt to resell products without authorization.
