Gucci UK offers complimentary express shipping on all orders.

Express Delivery – Free

• UK & Most European Countries: 1–2 business days

• UAE: 2–3 business days

• Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia & remote areas: 3–4 business days

Saturday Delivery – £15

• Available for select UK postcodes

• Order must be placed by 2 PM CET on Friday

Returns

Gucci offers free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories included. There are two ways to return your item:

By Courier:

• Initiate your return via your MY GUCCI account or Gucci’s dedicated return page.

• Print the prepaid shipping label and schedule a pickup with DHL online or by phone.

• Follow return tracking via the MyDHL+ portal or the DHL Express Mobile App.

In-Store:

• Return your item in-store using the original packaging.

• Client Advisors will assist with the process, and you’ll receive confirmation once the return is complete.

Note: Saturday delivery fees are non-refundable.
