Shipping Policy

Gullygarms offers straightforward and affordable shipping options to make sure your vintage finds reach you safely:

• UK Standard Shipping (3–5 days) – £3.00 flat rate on all individual item orders. Adding more items will not increase the fee.

• UK Standard Wholesale Shipping (10–12 days) – £11.50 flat rate for bundle/wholesale orders. These are usually dispatched within 5–7 working days. Additional costs may apply depending on weight.

• Europe Shipping (10–15 days) – £15 flat rate to most EU countries, including France, Denmark, and Spain.

• Non-Europe / Rest of World (15–25 days) – £20–£25 flat rate to destinations such as the USA, Canada, and Australia.

Refund Policy

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, Gullygarms makes returns simple:

• You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order at info[@]gullygarms.[]com.

• Once your item is returned and inspected, we’ll process your refund.

• Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is incorrect or faulty, in that case, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

• Refunds include any standard shipping charges originally paid, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

• Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with tags attached. We may refuse refunds on made-to-measure garments.

• Ensure all returns are packaged securely to avoid damage in transit.

Non-returnable items: Socks, caps, and sale items cannot be refunded. If returned, you will receive store credit instead.
