Loved the music and energy but felt a bit too full-on at times. Trainer was motivating, though. Good if you like a proper sweat.

SoulCycle is brilliant for a proper workout. Instructors are ace, music’s banging, and you leave buzzing every time. Makes exercise fun rather than a chore. Love it.
