Ordered a Windows license and the code didn’t work first go. Support did respond, but it took ages to sort out. Felt a bit of a hassle overall.

Tried buying a PlayStation code, and while I eventually got it, the delivery time was longer than promised. Not awful, but not spot on either.

Grabbed a Steam key here and it worked fine, but the payment process took a couple of tries. Still, good savings so I can’t complain much.

Picked up a FIFA 24 key from Difmark and it worked like a charm. Download was instant, no faff at all, and I was playing in minutes.

Booked the helicopter ride over the falls and while the view was incredible, the organisation was a bit all over the place. Left me slightly disappointed.

The zipline adventure was fun once we got going, but the wait time was longer than expected. Staff were friendly though, kept the mood light.

Tried their Victoria Falls river cruise and it was a cracking experience. Lovely atmosphere, but drinks onboard felt a tad expensive for what you got.

Went on the Wild Horizon safari trip and it honestly blew me away. Saw elephants up close, smooth ride all the way, and the team made it stress-free.
