How to Claim the Apple Employee Discount

Apple offers eligible employees and contractors of participating organisations access to its third-party-hosted Employee Purchase Programme. The programme allows eligible participants to purchase Apple products for personal use and can also be used to sponsor purchases for family members or friends within the permitted limits.

To access the programme, eligible employees must use the Apple Employee Purchase store through the participating organisation’s approved third-party access. The programme allows purchases of selected Apple products within specific annual quantity limits.

Verification Process

• Confirm that you are a current employee or contractor of a participating organisation.
• Ensure you are at least 18 years old.
• Access the Apple Employee Purchase store through the approved third-party platform.
• Make sure your browser accepts cookies before accessing the store.

Terms and Conditions

• The programme is intended for personal purchases and not resale.
• Participants can purchase or sponsor up to three Macs, three iPads, three iPhones, three Apple Watches, and ten iPods per calendar year.
• Sponsored purchases are allowed for family members or friends, but not educational institutions.
• Apple may refuse or cancel orders if it suspects products are being purchased for resale.
