To claim the Red Funnel NHS Discount, youâll need to show your hospital or dental appointment letter along with proof of address that matches the appointment. The offer gives foot passengers a return fare of just ÂŁ12.80 for the patient and a companion. For car travel, you can get 50% off vehicle rates or pay a capped price of ÂŁ31 each way. The discount is valid for day returns or longer if proof of overnight stay is provided. Please note, it only applies to NHS-funded appointments.
