Order, Delivery & Returns

Ordering

Customers can place an order by selecting a product on the website and following the onscreen instructions. Before submitting, there’s an opportunity to review and correct any errors in the order. Once submitted, an acknowledgement email will be sent, but this is not an acceptance of the order.

The order is only accepted, and a contract formed, when an email is received confirming that the products have been shipped. If the order is not accepted or is cancelled beforehand, the contract will not proceed.

Order status can always be checked under the ‘Your Account’ section by logging in with the registered username and password.

Delivery

Delivery dates provided on the site, or via email, are approximate and not guaranteed. Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the goods are delivered to the carrier. Delivery charges will be calculated and added at checkout based on the chosen delivery method.

Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout, and this cannot be changed after the order has been placed.

Returns & Cancellations

Customers have the right to cancel or return products within 30 days of receiving them. To start the process, they must submit a return or cancellation request via the Return for Refund page, providing the required order details.

Once the intent to return is submitted, customers must send the product back within 14 days, including the original receipt, packaging, and accessories. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If the item’s value is reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and function, a deduction may apply.

Refunds will include the cost of the returned products and the standard delivery fee (the least expensive option offered at purchase). Reimbursements are processed within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof of return, using the same payment method used at checkout.

Exceptions

Some items and services cannot be returned, including:

• Electronic software downloads begin once the download has begun with customer consent.

• Fully performed services if the customer consented to start within 14 days and agreed to waive withdrawal rights.

• Sealed software that has been opened after delivery.
