I needed to monitor more closely my blood pressure since I knew y blood pressure was is borderline if not high but even looking at a standard cuff makes me uneasy, so was willing to give Aktiia a go and I was super apprehensive about it but I just couldnāt stand checking my blood pressure with a standard cuff anymore, so wanted to give it a go. I have been using it for roughly 2 months now, and I couldnāt be happier with my purchase. This bracelet is an utter game-changer; I now know what's going on. What I need to fix is so that I have no problems recommending it to a friend who already reports similar to me.

Ordering was easy and the processing was fast. The actual delivery was 4-stars (UPS didn't bother to ring the doorbell, just left it on the porch and notified by email). The instructions were clear and the band is very comfortable. The data and the reports are amazing; my health care team loves it!

I had some issues finding the correct wristband charger and, after leaving a 3* review was contacted by customer support and the issue was rectified. Excellent service! I've had my hilo band for around a year with no problems. Only needed a replacement charger as I'd lost the original one.

I lost my bracelet & contacted customer services. They were very proactive & quick to respond. They have given me a discount against the cost of getting a new unit even though it was all my own fault. Very helpful - customer focused.
