Ordered acrylic paints but a couple of tubes arrived half-dried. Customer service was polite, but sorting a replacement took longer than expected. Bit of a faff really.

Bought an easel from them and it’s sturdy as anything, easy to adjust as well. Only gripe is the price felt a tad steep compared to others I’ve seen.

Got some sketchbooks and the paper is decent for pencil work. Just wished it held watercolours a bit better. Still handy for practice sessions though.

Ordered a few sable brushes and they’ve totally levelled up my work. The control is spot on, and they clean up nicely too. Feels like proper quality gear.

Picked up a set of oil paints and they’re lush. Smooth to work with, blend beautifully, and the vibrancy is unreal. Makes my canvases look alive.
