Delivery Time & Cost

Lululemon offers free shipping on all orders. Orders are dispatched from their Netherlands warehouse on business days only. Deliveries to the UK mainland typically take 2–5 business days, while orders to the Channel Islands may take 2–7 business days. During peak periods, delivery may take slightly longer, around 4–6 business days. For same-day dispatch, orders must be placed before 2 pm BST; otherwise, they will be shipped the next business day. Please note that delivery to Gibraltar is not available.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped (usually within 1–2 business days), you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your account to monitor your order’s status.

Returns & Refunds

Lululemon offers a full refund for returns within 30 days of receiving your order, regardless of whether it was purchased online or in-store. Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, have original hangtags attached, and be accompanied by proof of purchase. Some products, like gift cards, headwear, underwear, swimwear (with liners removed), personalised items, and sale items, are excluded from returns.

Returns can be made online or in-store (depending on the country). Free returns are offered, with options such as paperless Evri returns (UK only), UPS returns, or in-store drop-offs. Klarna and PayPal purchases must be returned via the online portal.

Exchanges & Repairs
