Shipping Policy

Majestic Beds is committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and on time. All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). In times of high demand, processing and delivery may take longer, and we’ll notify you of any significant delays.

• Standard Shipping: Free of charge within the Contiguous United States.

• White-Glove Delivery: Available for $175, includes in-home setup and packaging removal.

• Shipping Areas: We ship to all residential and commercial addresses within the Contiguous U.S. For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, please contact us directly.

• Order Tracking: A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships.

• Damaged Orders: Majestic Beds is not liable for products lost or damaged in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please save all packaging and file a claim with the carrier.

Return Policy & 60-Night Trial

Your comfort is our priority. That’s why we offer a 60-night trial on mattresses (90 nights within a 60-mile radius of Royal Oak, Michigan). If you’re not satisfied, you can return your mattress by notifying us in writing within the trial period.

Mattress Returns:

• Mattresses must be in original or new condition, securely packaged, and free from stains, soiling, or damage.

• A restocking/destruction fee of $150 or 15% (whichever is greater), plus a $50 pickup fee, applies to returns.

• Refunds are processed within 15 business days after inspection.

• Comfort exchanges are available once but are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Adjustable frames, custom/special orders, closeouts, demonstrators, and overlays (unless exchanged for a mattress).

• Opened or used personal items such as pillows, wedges, mattress toppers, protectors, and hot/cold packs (due to health guidelines).

• Promotional products (e.g., TVs, chairs, or massagers) included with mattress purchases will be charged at retail value if a mattress is returned.

Warranty:

All mattresses come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which must be activated by the customer upon purchase. Damage due to normal wear, misuse, or alterations is not covered.
