All UK orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day, while weekend orders are sent on Monday mornings. Free UK delivery is available on all orders over £50.

International Delivery

The Sneaker Outlet delivers worldwide with Royal Mail Tracked and Signed. Customers should allow 2-8 weeks for delivery to account for possible customs delays. Delivery costs are £12.50 for one pair and £19.50 for two pairs.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days from delivery. Sneakers must be unworn, in original condition, with tags attached, and returned via a trackable service. Customers must include their order confirmation or order details with the return. Items that have been worn, are dirty, or have had the security tag removed will not be accepted. Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt. Due to the anonymous nature of the marketplace, returns, exchanges, or swaps are not accepted after 14 days, but items can always be resold through the platform.

Warranty

No warranty is provided on products purchased through The Sneaker Outlet, including for manufacturing defects or faulty products.
