How to Claim the Macy's Employee Discount?

Macy’s offers its employees an exclusive colleague discount as a token of appreciation for their dedication and hard work. Eligible employees can enjoy up to 20% off clothing, accessories, furniture, and most cosmetics, and 10% off electronics and electrics. The discount applies to the full point-of-sale amount, including tax, with certain exclusions on select services and licensed departments.

Eligibility

Employees of Macy’s, Inc. are eligible for the discount from their date of hire. To use the benefit, you must have an active employee account via a Macy’s credit or prepaid debit card, either opened on or after your hire date or an existing credit account registered as an employee account. Once the account is active and correctly coded, the discount will automatically apply at checkout.

Where It Applies:

The discount can be redeemed at any Macy’s or Bloomingdale’s store, Macy’s Backstage, Bloomingdale’s The Outlet, and online at Macy's or Bloomingdale’s. Note that coupon eligibility and discount policies may vary by location.

How to Receive Your Discount:

Use your employee-registered Macy’s credit or prepaid debit card at the point of sale. The discount will be applied directly to your statement for eligible purchases.
