Delivery & Return Policy

Refund Policy

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours by contacting Acemagic directly, provided it has not yet shipped. Undamaged products can be returned within 30 days with all accessories and original packaging included, buyers are responsible for return delivery in non-quality cases. Refunds are issued after inspection, typically within 3–14 business days depending on payment method. Exchanges are allowed within 30 days for items of equal or lower value, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Items damaged through misuse, stolen, or past warranty are not eligible for refund.

Delivery Policy

Acemagic offers free delivery on all orders worldwide. Delivery takes 3–7 business days within the United States, 2–3 business days with express delivery, and 10–15 business days for international orders. Orders cannot be changed or redirected once shipped, and incorrect or damaged products must be reported within 48 hours with supporting photos. All U.K. orders ship from domestic warehouses, while European orders are fulfilled from regional warehouses. Delivery may be delayed during holidays, extreme weather, or unforeseen events such as Covid-19.
