Delivery & Refund Policy

Returns: Adidas offers free returns within 30 calendar days of receiving your order (14 days for limited or hype products). Items must be in good condition, with tags intact, and packed in the original packaging. Returns from online orders can be made via post or at any Adidas store, except for items bought on the Confirmed app or Yeezy shoes in-store.

How to Return: For postal returns, start a return on the Adidas website or app and follow the instructions to drop off your parcel at a designated point. In-store returns require only your order number.

Refunds: Once Adidas receives and inspects your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 calendar days, or immediately via e-gift card if chosen. Exceptions for older orders may take longer.

Restrictions: Personalized items are only returnable if defective. Limited edition products may have a shorter return period of 14 days. Items with protective linings can only be returned if the lining remains intact.
