Black Rock Bar & Grill is an award-winning steakhouse specializing in Certified Angus Beef steaks served and cooked to perfection by you on a 755-degree volcanic sizzling rock. Black Rock Grill was started in 2005 by Debbie & Peter Hatter and their daughter, Louise.

Before setting up Black Rock, it operated hotels, restaurants, and pubs in many worldwide locations where it had the opportunity to formulate its ideas into the present concept.
