Black Rock Grill offers free standard delivery all over the UK. Lightweight items will take 2 to 5 working days to be delivered. The delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
Returns
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days. After 30 days, Black Rock Grill will not be able to refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is not in the original packaging or has been used, then we have the right to refuse a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by Black Rock Grill that they have received your returned item. They'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Exchange
They only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item. Send an email to ukshop@blackrockgrill.com before sending your order to them and wait for a response from our customer service team.
