Blueblood offers next day and two-day delivery across the UK via Royal Mail or DPD, with all parcels sent with tracking and signature confirmation. Orders are shipped upon completion, including any personalisation or logos, with dispatch times varying from two weeks for selected schools to up to twelve weeks for bespoke, made-to-order garments. International delivery is also available through various couriers, with costs provided upon request.

Returns Policy

Exchanges or returns are available only to contracted accounts and must be requested within 28 days of receipt. Personalised items including names, initials, numbers, or sponsor logos are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Returns must include a copy of the invoice and a note specifying the reason for the return or exchange, and the new size if applicable. Items should be sent via recorded delivery to ensure safe return to Blueblood’s Returns Department in Oxford. Contracted accounts eligible for returns include various schools and sports clubs.
