The flight experience felt organised and calm. Cabin crew were polite and attentive throughout. The seats were comfortable enough for the journey. Everything ran smoothly and on time. It felt professional from start to finish. A dependable airline choice for travelling.

Had a good experience flying BA. Legroom was fair, service was warm, and the entertainment kept me busy only wish the Wi-Fi were quicker.
