Ordered a dining set and while the styleâs spot on, one chair felt wobbly straight away. Customer service helped, but it took ages to sort.

Grabbed a rug from the store and the designâs lovely, but itâs thinner than Iâd hoped. Does the job, just not as plush underfoot as I imagined.
