Returns & Delivery

Home Experience Kits

Indytute ships most creative kits nationwide across the UK, with shipping included. Craft kits are sent within 1–2 days via 1st Class Royal Mail, typically arriving in 5–10 days, though local delays may occur. Food and drink experiences are delivered by DPD within 2–3 days.

Stay-Home Kits to Europe

Most creative kits (excluding food or alcohol) can be shipped to Europe via Royal Mail. Shipping is £13 per item, with delivery expected in 14–20 days.

Experience Vouchers

E-vouchers are delivered automatically to your inbox. Physical vouchers for London experiences are posted same-day via 1st Class Royal Mail, arriving in 1–3 days. You can also schedule e-gifts to arrive at a future date. Postage for vouchers is £3.95, or free if you select the download option.

Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds are only available for gift experiences purchased within 30 days. Once booked with an experience partner, you are bound by their terms, and refunds are generally not offered. In cases where the partner cancels or postpones, vouchers may be exchanged, extended, or converted to a gift card.

Voucher Extensions

Voucher validity can be extended by six months for a £20 charge, subject to agreement.
