Cancellation

Vouchers and Sample Products

Customers may cancel vouchers or product sample packages within fourteen days of receipt without providing a reason. To exercise this right, they must notify WhiteWall via email, phone, or post. Refunds, including standard delivery costs, are processed within fourteen days using the original payment method. Customers must return goods within fourteen days of cancellation, bearing any direct return costs, and are responsible only for any loss of value caused by handling beyond necessary inspection.
