Bought a small LV accessory and the craftsmanship was flawless. The leather feels soft and premium. Prices are obviously high, but the brand keeps its standard. Packaging was elegant and delivered safely. A beautiful addition to my collection.

The shop experience felt premium, and the packaging was beautiful. Still, the item I bought had a tiny stitching flaw I didn’t expect at this price. Returns were accepted, but felt a bit formal and slow. Staff were polite but slightly distant. Luxurious overall, but not completely satisfying.
