The shop experience felt premium, and the packaging was beautiful. Still, the item I bought had a tiny stitching flaw I didnāt expect at this price. Returns were accepted, but felt a bit formal and slow. Staff were polite but slightly distant. Luxurious overall, but not completely satisfying.
