Delivery & Returns Policy of Flannels

Delivery

Flannels provides a range of delivery options based on location and urgency. Standard deliveries aim to dispatch goods in stock as quickly as possible, with a maximum lead time of 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Pre-order items are held until the day before launch and shipped via Express Delivery. Orders may be split into multiple parcels depending on stock availability, and delivery costs vary by service, country, and order size. Premium delivery options such as Next Day, Express, and Saturday are available at additional cost. Flannels currently does not deliver to PO Boxes.

Returns

Customers can return items within 28 days of receipt for a change of mind or if the item is faulty, provided the items are in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. Returns are at the customer’s risk, and tracked courier services are recommended. Items returned incorrectly, damaged, or without proper packaging may result in diminished refunds.

Refunds

Refunds are issued using the original payment method within 14 days of Flannels receiving the returned items. Standard delivery costs are refunded only when all items in the order are returned. Refunds for premium delivery costs are not included. For defective items, customers can request a repair, replacement, or full refund within 30 days of receipt, with Flannels covering reasonable return postage costs up to the standard delivery charge.

In-Store Purchases

Faulty in-store items can be returned following the same process as online returns. Change-of-mind returns in-store are accepted within 28 days with proof of purchase, and customers will receive a credit note or exchange. All returns must comply with packaging and care requirements to ensure full refund or exchange eligibility.
