Order, Delivery & Return Policy

Your Order

When you place an order with FatFace, a contract is only formed once your items are dispatched. Payment is taken on dispatch, and until then, FatFace may cancel the order or you may change it. Certain products like swimwear, underwear, earrings, toiletries, and personalised items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

Cancelling Your Order

Under Consumer Regulations, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and wherever possible in original packaging. You’ll need to notify FatFace in writing (via email, letter, or cancellation form) within this period. Refunds will be processed once items are returned, though you may be responsible if goods are lost or damaged during return transit.

Delivery Options

• Delivery to Store: Free of charge. Most orders placed before 11pm qualify for next-day delivery to participating stores. Orders must be collected within 10 days.

• Courier Delivery: Standard home delivery is £4.95, with next-day delivery available on most orders placed before 11pm (except sale items). Delivery times vary by location and are unavailable on bank holidays.

• Evri Parcel Shop: Standard delivery is £3.50, with next-day delivery available to most locations (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays). Parcels are held for 10 days before being returned.

Returns & Refunds

• Standard Returns: Items can be returned within 28 days (15 days for sale items) in a new, unused condition.

• Extended Returns: Purchases made during the holiday period (16th Sept – 24th Dec 2025) can be returned until 11th Jan 2026.

• Return to Store: Free returns at most FatFace or Next stores (excluding airport locations).

• Courier Collection: £2.50 per collection, deducted from your refund if you paid by card/PayPal/Apple Pay, or charged to your Next credit account.

• Evri Parcel Shop: Eligible items can be returned with a peel-off returns label. Refunds are processed once the parcel reaches the Returns Centre.

Exceptions to Returns

Personalised items, pierced jewellery, toiletries, and cosmetics cannot be returned if unsealed or used, unless faulty. Items not in resalable condition may not be refunded in full.
