Took an LNER journey and the seats were comfortable and roomy. Staff were polite and gave clear updates. WiFi was decent most of the time. Drinks were slightly expensive on board but convenient. A pleasant way to travel long distances.

Trains were mostly on time, and the ride was comfortable. Still, the ticket costs feel steep for what you get. The onboard Wi-Fi kept dropping, which was annoying. Staff were polite and helpfu,l though. A reliable service, just needs better value.
